Our CLeaning Process
Over the last 50 years of cleaning carpets, rugs, and upholstery in San Luis Obispo County, we have developed superior cleaning methods and techniques that allow us to get your carpets looking their best. Here is an overview of how we approach each new cleaning project.
Greet and prepare
Our friendly staff arrive on time, ready to get to work on your cleaning project.
A complete pre-inspection is performed to determine any unique considerations necessary to get your carpets and furniture looking their best.
Special equipment is placed around the cleaning area to protect walls, floors, and furniture.
The cleaning area is vacummed thoroughly with our powerful commercial vacuums to remove as much insoluable dry soils as possible.
Clean
All spots and stains are identified and pre-treated with appropriate spotters.
A general pre-conditioner is applied to areas being cleaned to break down and dissolve soils for easy removal.
Areas to be cleaned are pre-groomed using one of our professional agitation tools to further loosen soil. (As needed.)
The area to be cleaned is thoroughly rinsed using our state-of-the-art truck mounted HOT water extraction method. Pressure and heat are regulated to prevent the risk over wetting.
Everything that we clean is pH balanced, so that no sticky residue is left behind, ensuring that your carpet or furniture is left soft and fresh.
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. (Potential permanent stains, as identified by the technician, may not be removed.)
High velocity air movers are utilized immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying.
The carpet pile is groomed to stand up nice and tall while helping to improve evaporation. (As needed.)
We provide shoe covers to protect the carpet while drying.
Optional add-on services
We offer an excellent carpet protection product that can help resist future staining and improves vacuum efficiency.
We have a variety of deodorization tools available to help get any unwanted odors out of your carpets and furniture.
Our urine decontamination process properly treats and removes pet urine from carpet and upholstery.
We can perform small repairs on your carpets, including patching and seam repair.
